Go to hub.fixlify.app/auth and sign in with your team account.

  2. Add a client

Open Clients and choose Add Client. Enter the customer's name and contact details, then save.

  3. Create a job

Open that client and choose Create Job. Add the work details, then save the job.

  4. Send an estimate or invoice

Open the job's Documents section and create an estimate or invoice. Check the items, total, and customer's contact details before sending.

  5. Take a payment

After the customer pays, open the invoice and choose Record Payment. Enter the amount and payment method, then save.

Common questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can create a workspace on the Free plan without a credit card. The plan includes a one-time 50 AI credits; these do not refresh monthly. Check the pricing page for current plan and usage limits.

Mobile app details

Does the mobile app work offline?

Plan to use an internet connection. Calling, messaging, payments, uploads, and live updates can require connectivity. Check the job access and editing actions you need on your actual device before relying on them in a low-signal location.
